In line with our commitment to data privacy and in compliance with platform requirements, we have provided an in-app feature that allows you to initiate the deletion of your account and associated data. This feature can be found within the account settings section of the Zookal app. By using this feature, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the app.
Please note that deleting your account will remove your personal data from our records, along with any transactions and favorites that you’ve created, in accordance with our data retention practices. The deletion of this data may restrict your ability to effectively use the Service.
If you prefer, you can also request that Zookal delete your account and personal data by emailing us at contact@zookal.com. We will respond to these requests and initiate the deletion process within 72 hours.
Please be aware that the deletion process may take some time to complete. We will inform you of the expected timeframe for deletion and will provide a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your personal information used for certain purposes. For example, if you purchase a product/Service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you may choose not to receive any additional email correspondence. If you wish to be sent only basic communications regarding your order status and tracking, you can manage your email preferences by going to the Edit Profile page under the My Zookal section.
